Each guest will be able to try each of the premium whiskies and cognacs. As well, guests will enjoy a whisky cocktail from each of the three Canadian whisky booths. Although there is no intention to change any whiskies before the show, only the whiskies at the event are the whiskies that are confirmed to be at the event. That said, below are the whiskies confirmed (at this time) to be showcased. In no particular order, they are:

ORIGIN: Scotland (Highlands)
TASTING NOTES: The perfect accompaniment to the finest cigars, this single malt is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry casks and Cabernet Sauvignon barriques. The Aroma is filled with Cinnamon, vanilla and red fruits, the palate enjoys tropical fruits, banana toffee and vanilla ice cream while the finish includes orange zest, dark chocolate and crushed spices. Volume: 70cl ABV: 44%

TASTING NOTES: Matured in an inspired combination of both bourbon and sherry casks, it’s the final three years spent in Oloroso sherry casks that gives Bowmore 15 Year Old ‘Darkest’ the rich, deep colour reflected in its name, and its warming finish. TASTING NOTES: This is a single cask Glen Keith from independent bottler Cooper's Choice, distilled in March of 1996. It started its life in American oak before being finished in a Juracon Wine Cask. Bottled in 2016 at 20 years old at 46% ABV. 700 ml. Nose: Slightly floral at first with orange pith, peach skin and plum becoming creamier with some vanilla custard. Palate: Drying, fragrant peach syrup poured all over Rice Krispie Cakes. Finish: Long with notes of crème caramel, more peach, honeycomb and oak.

TASTING NOTES: The first release from BenRiach's Peated Cask Strength series (in the same vein as their unpeated Cask Strength releases) is made with whiskies drawn from Oloroso Sherry casks and bourbon barrels. Nose: Well-charred oak, cinnamon, salted caramel and vanilla-y cereal. Palate: Earthy and smoky, with a pinch of white pepper warmth growing at the core. Fresh fruit notes add a hint of sweetness to the background. Finish: Dry smoke and heather honey.
