Canadian and US BBQ Champions Smoke & Bones BBQ will be catering The Whisky Smoke. Guest must purchase the “dinner add-on” to enjoy the catering services. Vegetarian Options Available.

Beverage: 
Each guest will be entitled to try each of the 10 premium whisky samples, 2 premium cognacs, three whisky cocktails and 4 Copper Ale beer samples. There will be a cash bar as well for those looking to indulge more during the evening.

Dress Code: 
Business/Cocktail Attire - Look Good.

Whisky Smoke is the creative works of Dax Droski, Co-Founder of the ten year running Deighton Cup & Adam Bloch, Executive Producer of the twenty-FOUR year old Hopscotch Festival.

SMOKE AND BONES

Smoke and Bones BBQ is Vancouver’s International award winning barbecue company that specializes in the art of ”Low and Slow” Southern Barbecue. Real wood smoked barbecue cooked in big old smokers from the Deep South using hardwood fire and coals. In their quest for perfection, Smoke And Bones has travelled back and forth across the Southern United States competing in the biggest and most prestigious barbecue competitions on the planet. They have won numerous 1st place awards and championships including the prized 1st Place Ribs at the "Best of the Best” competition in Douglas, Georgia. Throughout their travels over the past decade, they have garnered an incredible wealth of knowledge about the regional flavours of Americas favourite cuisine. These experiences have allowed them to “cherry pick” and bring home the very best the South has to offer using the very distinct flavours of various regions such as Texas, Georgia, and the Carolinas. This has been crafted into their own menu offerings which have proven to be exceptionally well received by their patrons visiting their very busy North Shore restaurant or the clientele utilizing their very sought after catering operation.

THE ELECTRIC MONKS

The Electric Monks are a funk orchestra out of East Vancouver, BC. Specializing in dance parties since 2011, they've been known to lay down a funky good time with some old school cool. The Electric Monks boast a collection of talented Vancouver musicians and excite crowds with burning solos, tight arrangements and a slamming rhythm section. The band draws their inspiration from the dance music of Maceo Parker, Jimmy Smith, John Scofield and MM&W. Some good honest backbeat!
