Cookin’ With Brass
Due to the most impressive, derby-style performance in 2023, Cookin’ With Brass will be bringing their derby-style horn band back to Whisky Smoke. Their ability to inject a massive amount of musical energy into this special and unique tasting event is unique only to them. Cookin' with Brass plays a musical gumbo that nods respectfully to traditional New Orleans groups like The Dirty Dozen Brass Band and Rebirth Brass Band. Their ecstatic stage shows are inspired by such great contemporary brass bands as Youngblood and Lucky Chops.

Rebel Rebel is a project started by veteran local chefs, Tim and Jake, who have a serious passion for creating top-notch BBQ. These guys have been doing events, pop-ups, and collabs all over town for the past year. If you haven’t had a chance to catch them, now’s your chance!
